City2Surf is one of Australia’s largest marathon events, with a history of over 50 years and up to 90,000 participants each year. Despite its scale, the event relies on a relatively small volunteer workforce, placing significant pressure on coordination, communication, and volunteer experience.This project focuses on addressing volunteer coordination challenges from a digital touchpoint perspective. By rethinking how information is structured and presented online, the project aims to support more efficient coordination and contribute to a more sustainable volunteer experience.
